Most of us are ill equipped to make informed decisions about our health and instead rely solely on our doctors to provide all the solutions. Having a healthy lifestyle is vital in preventing many of these issues from cropping up in the first place.

That is where I come in. As a certified health-coach, I am here to educate and empower you to make healthy lifestyle choices of your own. From pantry makeovers and customised eating plans to personalised shopping trips, let me help you kickstart your own health journey.

My Philosophy

I am an internationally recognised health coach through the Dr Sears Wellness Institute. I also have a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. With my years of experience, I can motivate you to make lasting changes that can help prevent disease and improve overall well-being. If you are struggling to make healthy life choices, I can partner with you and guide you through the process. 

I follow the LEAN model first formulated by renowned physician and nutrition expert Dr William Sears in my approach to health coaching. The LEAN model hinges on the principle that the solution to most of our health problems can often be found by making simple changes in Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N). Optimum well being can only be achieved when one is able to strike a fine balance between these four pillars of health.
